Come remember the true meaning of the holiday season in this annual family-friendly Center tradition. This year features The Muppet Christmas Carol, a 1992 musical produced by Jim Henson Productions adapted from Charles Dickens’ 1843 classic. Gonzo the Great narrates the film as Dickens with Michael Crain as Ebenezer Scrooge, Kermit the Frog as Bob Cratchit, and Miss Piggy as Emily Cratchit. Fozzie Bear, Beaker, Sam Eagle, Statler and Waldorf, the Swedish Chef and Animal all make appearances. Wear your jammies and come early for treats and activities including an original holiday puppet show by Will Tintera. “Santa Goes Everywhere” features hand-carved ocean creature marionettes including a sea monster, turtle, angle fish, clam and crab. Who knew Santa went to the beach when not delivering toys?
